So I was kind of diagnosed? When I was in middle school, I took basically a survey from a pediatric neurologist and she prescribed meds that did keep me focused on my work, and I had been on and off them for a few years after. I stopped taking them completely by junior year of college cause I just never got a new prescription. I do get distracted pretty easily and I'm a reeaaalllyy big procrastinator, like no joke. I'm 22 now and I don't know if I actually have ADD b/c I don't feel like I was formally diagnosed. I heard from my counselor that usually people have someone observe them in their surroundings and I didn't have that. Plus, I guess the traits of ADD just don't look the same in me as I'm used to seeing and it make it harder to identify with other people's struggles with it, so I wonder if I actually have it
