What should replace coffee with?
Recently, I discovered that coffee no longer perks me up like it used to. I used to be very sensitive to caffeine. Half a mug used to be plenty for me. My guess is that my body is changing after having a baby 16 months ago. I'm also dehydrated in the mornings, and I make an effort to drink enough water.
My toddler woke me up at 4:30 this morning and he didn't go back to sleep. I had a good amount of coffee. It made me a little less tired, but I still feel sluggish. I tend to have somewhat better results with tea.
I am not taking ADHD meds, btw.
What should I do differently?

i don't know where you're at in the world but i suggest looking for hi-ball energy drinks or any kind of energy drink that is not sugary like it. it's helped me immensely as a substitute for coffee:
I drink, Celsius energy drink every morning and love it. But also, remember that being dehydrated can cause you to feel sluggish. So the most important thing is to make sure you drink plenty of water every day. If I don’t get at least 60 ounces a day I get very sluggish.

What about different types of tea (especially green tea/matcha).
For me as someone like to drink coffee ☕ 😌 Now since they told it effects bad on my health so I am trying green tea and sometimes green tea with lemon 🍋 or cinnamon like trying different flavours,
@Tulipsmile Green tea with cinnamon? Ooh, I'm going to try that. How much cinnamon do you add?
I have found that green tea wakes me up just enough to motivate me to do stuff, but occasionally I need something stronger. Coffee used to be it! I've also noticed that the combination of caffeine and sugar in sodas and tea with honey work even better on me than plain green tea. I think for now I will get in the habit of brewing tea every morning and adding honey to it. I forget to take care of my caffeine needs in the mornings because I'm busy taking care of my toddler while trying to drink enough water.
My favorite teas are: Twinings Lady Grey and English breakfast with milk and honey (I hate it when it's plain).
