Aging up times
The most important thing to know is that you will age up at 12:00 AM GMT. This is the official system time that 7 Cups uses, not your own local time zone! Because of this, your account might switch over a few hours before or after midnight in your actual local time. I know it can be confusing to aged up before your birthday .

For members only the aging up now happens on the first day of the birthday month NOT on the actual birthday.
For listeners the age up time is 12AM of the actual birthday day.
That post was made in 2021. Is that incorrect now? It's difficult to find good information on when aging up occurs specifically.

it got changed both members and listeners now both aged up on thier birthday.
