Wise words by Walt Disney who made a whole world of fun. And guess what? Turning 18 is the starting point!
Sure, legally you're now an adult: 🥴 whatever that means!

Buy a lottery ticket and maybe even win a few million! 🤓
And . . join 7 Cups adult community! 🥳
But do you suddenly feel grown-up?
Nope.
You still don’t know what to do with your hands in group photos.
You still consider pizza and ice-cream food groups.
You still lie in bed till noon on weekends.
Taking selfies is considered a valid use of time.
And your “life plan” might still include "become a dragon" as a viable option. 🐉
Turning 18 just means you're officially on the ride called "adulthood" - but how seriously do you take it? That’s entirely up to you!
So yeah, you're growing older now whether you like it or not.
But growing up?
Totally optional!
Stay weird. Stay playful. Pay your taxes (eventually)
but
. . . never stop dancing in the kitchen at 2 a.m. 💃🕺

I stayed out past curfew simply because I could 😂 It was fun finding out how the world opened up
What can you think of that might help others when they turn 18? What helped you?
I realized quickly that turning 18 doesn't change anything unless you want it to. You just have more privileges, which is pretty cool.
What are your favourite Disney movies and characters?
Lion King remains the, well, king as far as fave film goes. I also love Moana's story.

Being switched to the over 18 side of 7 Cups is mandatory, everyone, no exception gets moved almost at midnight. But we are here to help. No looking back!

I'm not sure yet but I'm planning to apply for reserving my license ASAP.

I believe accepting the fact that your a grown & mature human could help, so you wouldn't get shocked when adulting & responsibilities start to rise up.

I'm going to buy a plane ticket and go back to Ireland for a week or so, then come back to school so I can graduate. Maybe I'll go back there permanently. Dual citizenship is amazing. xD

I think its really important for other teens to know that when their parents/guardians try to define their abilities, or tell them things they will and won't be able to achieve, its important to remember you aren't defined from what other people say you are. And what is it they say?

Ah! I think my favorite Disney movie is probably Brave. Merida reminds me so much of myself, and again, ties back to the theme of pursuing your dreams even though it may not be what people want you to do.

Am still on my way to 18 but what helps me most is having cups friends around both aged up friends and atls 😛
