Afraid to talk to people
I have anxiety about being judged. There is a certain thing that has been bothering me. But because it doesn't seem like a big deal, I was anxious about telling people. I didn't want to be judged. But it kept bothering me so I told someone despite the anxiety, and they responded in a rude way. Like what I was saying was ridiculous and couldn't be real. I feel ashamed and embarrassed. I'm scared to talk about it again.
I’m sorry your past experience of reaching out went poorly, but please don’t let that stop you from sharing it again. I personally, would love to listen to what you have to say, and this space of mine is a non-judgmental zone, it would be different. :)
@Starseed32
I had anxiety about being judged and was rudely spoken to many times. But people are just people. They’re not comic book characters with fictional superpowers or anything.
Yes some people are mean, rude, cruel, etc. But that could be bc they’re deeply in pain inside. No that’s not an excuse at all to be rude to you, someone who’s never done anything bad to them but that’s how they are when they’re hurting. They don’t wanna suffer alone or be alone so they are mean to others or hurt others.
However if you let them have so much power over you that you’re afraid to talk to people, you’re letting them not only be in your life rent free but you’re also letting them takeover you rent free too. Please don’t reward such rudeness and rude people by giving them so much power over you.
If you keep trying whether your fear of talking to people and being judged stays or you overcome it, you’ll eventually find someone who is kind, friendly, etc. You just gotta continue on. It’s totally ok if you’re afraid. Nothing wrong with that. Just don’t let it stop you from doing what you’re capable of doing - meeting and talking to people. Good luck my friend :)

I'm so sorry you're going through this. It takes a lot of courage to share your concerns with someone, and it's completely understandable that you felt anxious about being judged. Unfortunately, the person you confided in responded in a hurtful and dismissive way, which can be really damaging.Please know that their reaction is not a reflection of your worth or the validity of your concerns. It's possible that they didn't understand or relate to what you were sharing, but that doesn't mean it's not real or important.It's completely normal to feel ashamed, embarrassed, and scared to talk about it again. However, please remember that you deserve support and understanding.Remember that you're not alone, and there are people who care about you and want to support you.
Remember, your feelings and concerns are valid, and you deserve to be heard and understood<3
@Starseed32 hi sweetie ❤ I completely understand that, I've always been a pretty open person about my past. But it's extremely difficult to get your feelings out about it. You were very brave to open up about your issues, unfortunately many people just don't want to believe that some things are real and actually do happen. I really hope you find the courage to open up to another person. Remember we are not here to judge you in anyway. And that person was out of line😥 gives you a giant tiny hug ❤ I'm right here for if I can help you in anyway ❤
@Alexnod14 hope you get better now…
