Anxiety Around Boss
I have major anxiety when my boss is in my space/requests to meet. Before the summer she sat me down and unexpectedly had "concerns" with everything from how I write emails to what others are saying about me. It was a completely negative interaction and I was given no clarification as to how she wants these "concerns" addressed.
Today was the first time I had to interact with her in almost 2 months and I felt my heart start to race when she asked to meet in her office to go over a change she wants to make in my space.

I'm really sorry to hear that dealing with your boss has been causing you anxiety. The last conversation you had seems like it left you feeling unsure and uneasy about what's expected of you. Feeling this way is completely okay considering what happened.Remember, your feelings matter, and it's okay to feel anxious. If you can, try talking to your boss about your concerns. Let her know you'd like to understand her expectations better, so you can do your best work. This would also give her an opportunity to elaborate on the concerns she brought up.
It's good to keep in mind that some bosses can be quite particular. The key is to focus on your strengths and do great work so there's less room for criticism. Keep your chin up—you've got this!
I’m so sorry you had to deal with that. I think that’s very unprofessional to have made you feel so uncomfortable. I had a supervisor make me cry before because he just had zero idea how intimidating he came across. He apologized but I never felt comfortable around him again. I hope things smooth out for you. You are valid in your feelings.
