Constantly worrying
I am constantly worrying about everything , even the things that I have no control over and the outcome is not something that will affect my life going forward. Most recently I moved house and the whole process has been so anxiety inducing, and then the agent has sent us back for the most petty things . This last week it has caused me three migraines and random bouts of feeling tingly all over if I start getting into my thoughts about them still not being happy, I have not been able to enjoy our new home or even start unpacking . This only good thing about this week is it has made me realise I need a support network for my anxiety .

Hi there. Firstly, congratulations on the new house..how lovely. So sorry to hear about the anxiety. I know house moving is very anxiety inducing as it is. Have you tried any strategies to reduce the anxiety?
I have tried repeating mantras to myself , breathing exercises and music so far , all the things that in the past helped but nothing seems to help anymore . I am currently sitting at school drop off for my son with my stomach in knots , on the edges of tears and feeling nauseous waiting to hear back from the agent if she is now happy with house the house is after we went back on the weekend to rectify the items she said needed to be done .
