Hi there, we're kind of in the same ship and i think the best thing you might do is give it a little time. Things might seem too perfect or too good, or even the opposite, but giving a more focused judgement requieres a little more time. First relationships can feel so overwhelming, especially when you feel like everything has to go perfectly. It makes total sense that you are scared and unsure right now.

I also hear that you don't want to hurt his feelings because he is nice.

But what about your feelings?

You don't have to pretend or force yourself to be in a relationship if your body is screaming 'I'm not ready.' Your comfort matters just as much as his.

If this situation was a movie, and you were watching it from the audience... what would you whisper to the main character right now? What would you sincerely wish for her?
