Job Evaluation Anxiety

My supervisor just told me I have an evaluation with her and the two vps tomorrow afternoon to discuss my performance. I've had some really negative interactions with her the last few months and am so anxious. :(

what are some ways that help you cope with anxiety?
for example: meditation, music, movies, going for a walk
