@theiariese

I have been experiencing chest pains everyday here lately and it is terrible. I take my meds when my chest hurts. I hate having to rely on them to make me feel better.

did you reach out to a specialist for your meds ? — and yeah, it really sucks relying on others. they don't even understand ..

I experience chest pains every now and then, nothing severe, but enough to throw me off guard if I'm a bit on edge already.

But, keep try to keep thinking rational... Ask yourself "what have I been doing? Did I use my chesy muscles while lifting something?" "did I sleep in a weird position?" "did I sit like a bag of potatoes?" "did I cough a lot?" that all could easily explain chest pain. Quite a few muscles over there and no, not meaning the heart, which can hurt, without it being bad.

The thing you mention as in "hoping not to experience" is a very different feeling and intales a bit more than just chest pain! :).

As said, I know what you mean. Definitely if you're known with anxiety and especially if it's health related! Even better, experiencing it as we speak, including the chest "pain". Funny enough, when I relax a bit, I feel nothing... So I'm pretty sure I'll be able to press the send button soon! :)
