7 year never ending loop
I have had panic attacks and anxiety unfortunately for 7 years since and bad event.
I always feeling back to that time, tight chest, heart beating fast, left hand sensations like I’m having a heart attack. Hearts been checked and it’s all good.
I’ve had stomach issues recently with bloating and it has re triggered the fear of dying with bloating and sternum.
We also lost our rental and sleeping on mattress on floor, 2 houses have fallen through fingers crossed on our 3rd attempt
I really am struggling at the moment. Every little sensation is draining me.
