ANXIETY CAN CONVINCE US THAT SOMETHING ID WRONG ,
A reminder for anyone struggling with anxiety today ❤️
Please remember: anxiety can be incredibly convincing, but that doesn't mean everything it tells you is true.
It can whisper, “Something is wrong.”
It can say, “You're losing control.”
It can tell you, “This feeling will never go away.”
It can make you believe that you're the only person experiencing this.
But anxiety is driven by fear, and fear can distort the way we interpret things.
A thought is not a fact. A feeling is not a prediction. And fear is not proof.
If your mind is giving you frightening “what ifs” today, you don't have to solve every one of them. You can notice the thought, breathe, and remind yourself: “This is anxiety trying to scare me. I don't have to believe everything it says.”
And please remember that you're not alone. Somewhere right now, someone else is having the same scary thoughts, feeling the same uncertainty, and wondering if they're the only one.
You're not weak for struggling. You're not strange. You're human, and you're learning how to live with a mind that sometimes gets stuck in alarm mode.
Take it one moment at a time.
Anxiety may be loud, but loud doesn't mean truthful. ❤️
And to myself, too: I am not alone in this.
