It's a very heavy feeling to carry but you are not alone here 💙 

I just downloaded the app. I can relate so much. I have such a big anxiety that my dog will die at some point. Me as well but at the moment my dog. Last week i cried every day because of it. I'm already on ssris but the week before my period the anxiety is so bad that i feel i can't handle it anymore. I almost went to the hospital. I can't talk about it anymore with my boyfriend because it ruins our relationship. I talk veey sad stuff all the time but they are my thoughts. No therapy and no ssris can change the fact that we WILL die at some point. It' so crazy.

I’m sorry you’re dealing with that but trust me, you’re not alone. I pretty much came to 7Cups for the same reason. I don’t think I have a severe phobia but I do have a fear of death and infinity / eternity. I’m really scared of dying one day and what happens in the afterlife. 7Cups has helped me tremendously, and I’d recommend to find something that distracts you. Also on YouTube, watch the video “life before death” it’s really inspiring. Take it one day at a time and focus on the present. We can get through this together (:

Just. Think this god loves he give you life every day not because. You work for it it is a gift

Then look how he gives you life and guard it in night you dont strugle to breath but you automaticaly breath
