My dad is a serious alcoholic and because of him I'm having anxiety bad habit of biting nails, my confidence suddenly dropped i became an introvert and i started having trust issues. And divorce is not an option in my case. Please someone suggest something

I'm a dad and also alcoholic. My actions effect my daughter bsdly. We are working together try asking him why he's drinking and feel meed to. Must be reason deep down. Mine is the abuse I had when younger I get blind drunk to forget about it. Explaining it to my daughter think she understands more nit a excuse
