I have a thing that’s been going on for 2 weeks about the scary thoughts of sleep walking which scares me then causes me to have anxiety which sleep walking is what I’m super scared of.

Nope I’ve never sleep walked in my life Atleast I think but it still scares me for some reason and can’t shake it off.
