@Kaylee05

I listen to music to stop overthinking 💛

I spray lavender on my pillows.

I remind myself, I am safe, this will pass, it cannot hurt me 💛

Anxiety is like a weight on my head and chest that makes it hard for me to breathe. It causes aches and pains that there is no relief from. Sometimes, hope is the only answer.

When I’m not feeling anxious, I feel as though I’m above my limitations, my doubts and my fears. I control my insecurities; they don’t control me. It doesn’t happen often but I am proud of myself when it does.

@Kaylee05 Don’t keep problems bottled up inside yourself. Start talking about them - either with someone or by writing everything down in a journal. The most important thing is that they don’t stay only inside you. Thoughts have weight, and you’re not made of rubber. These problems eventually seep out in the form of anxiety.

I go back to the time im at peace and relaxed. I think of a memory that Im carefree, or simple no obligations and innocent. then I try to remember what kind of music was playing in that era. Then i'll play it and close my eyes. Then i'll just start rewinding the memory in my head. I'll start just feeling the moment again, trying to remember every detail of the surroundings. Walk through it. Until the bad feeling and the anxiety i was feeling is gone.

I like to drink water and try to go on a walk or move in some way. And then longer exhales than inhales. It makes me more anxious trying to think about “deep breaths” but just thinking about longer exhales helps me a bit more. Sending hugs
