Anxiety and loneliness
Hi everyone, I'm 29 years old and from Chile. I've been dealing with anxiety and depression for awhile now, i went to therapy and every once in a while i seem to be needing some help. I'm almost finished with my university studies and it just caught up on me that I'll be a doctor in 1 month. I don't have many friends, just 2 who are dealing with their own lives. I have a boyfriend, he's kind and good to me but he's from another country and he made it clear that he's not comfortable here.
I've been feeling alone for awhile, but these last few i weeks it feels like it's too much for me to deal with.

Relationships are hard especially long distance🙁 I hope you kind find a way to make it work ❤ it's also very hard when life gets in the way of friendships, and it always does unfortunately. I'm sorry you feel lonely, I know the feeling too🙁 it must be a lot to think your about to become a doctor. But I hope you feel proud and excited about it too ❤ I'm sure you'll make lots of friends in your new job ❤ gives you a giant tiny hug ❤ I hope you have a great xmas ❤

Oh I’m so sorry you’re going through depression and anxiety. That’s terrible. But I’m glad you’re going to therapy. I hope it’s helping for you.
I’m glad you have a bf. I’ve never had that type of relationship before. It’s good that your bf is kind to you. It’s also good that you have friends despite it not being many who are busy with their own lives. I know what that’s like. But since you have two friends you’ll eventually have more friends.
To end this on a happy note I’m gonna say that on becoming a doctor in a month from now, congratulations!!!
