Anxiety debilitating

First time here , I’ve had anxiety for some time but it s getting to the point that any social interaction triggers it and is so intense that my memory gets lossed in mid conversation and I dread any potential public speaking tasks for work even when they are virtual. I get tongue tied in the intro alone. During presentations I cant recall simple words or work tasks that I do often. I just don’t understand. I really need to seek help. Don’t know where to start.

Welcome to seven cups 💜 🥰

Youve already started because you were honest.

You reached out.

That takes strength and courage .

Anxiety is overwhelming.

It's important to learn how to live with it, and put coping mechanisms in place to enable you to be happy in your daily routine .

Reminding yourself, you are safe and it does pass.

It can be scary, but it's about grounding yourself in that moment, slowing your breathing, focusing on something concrete and allowing yourself the grace to feel better 💜💕

Hey, im proud u came here and reached out for help!

Im really sorry for all that anxiety...

Maybe a thing that could help you is writing down everytjing u felt in that exact moment when u lost bits of your memory and words, afterwards ofc... maybe that will help u analyse whats going...

Sending u all the love and relaxation ❤️
