Anxiety due to sister's illness

Hey everyone! I hope you are doing well and being happy. First time poster here, any tips on how to handle anxiety, due to my sister having cancer? She is doing better, but I fear the possibility of her cancer coming back. Any tips are appreciated. Thank you for reading.

I'm sorry she has cancer but glad she's doing better!
My dad has cancer you, so I know how exhausting and emotional it can be.
I try to be there for him as best as I can while making time in my week to do something I love so much focus is not always turned inward 💕💖
I hope she makes a full recovery 💜
