Anxiety leading to self isolation

I have bipolar 1, BPD and an anxiety disorder. I'm in a mixed bipolar episode and my anxiety is really acting up and my soon to be former pharmacy is late filling my Klonopin. The anxiety is manifesting in self isolation to my bedroom. I dread leaving my room. I really dread leaving the house and beyond that the property. I just feel unsafe but I don't know from what. Over the years the biggest threat to me has been myself. I develop obsessions that I won't go into but my therapist said was normal. I'm trying to practice breathing exercises but that's not changing my mind set. I know anxiety is just a by product of the bigger problem but I'm miserable. And it is raising my blood pressure and I already have hypertension. Then it turns to anger with my neglectful pharmacy. Things were improving for a while but have been spiraling back down for a couple of weeks. I start college in January. I've got to get a hold on this. I've changed my start date once. I won't do it again.

Hey @MindGazer91 😊

I'm truly sorry to hear that you're going through such a tough time. It sounds like you're facing a lot of challenges with your mental health, and it's completely understandable to feel overwhelmed and anxious, especially with the added stress of your medication delay. Remember, it's okay to take things one step at a time and be gentle with yourself. You're already showing incredible strength by recognizing your feelings and seeking help through therapy. Starting college is a big step, and it's admirable that you're determined to pursue it despite these hurdles. Please consider reaching out to your healthcare provider about your current situation – they might be able to offer additional support or solutions. You're not alone in this, and with each small step, you're moving forward. Keep holding onto that courage and resilience you've already shown ❤️🤗

@Jem7Cups  Thank you. Thankfully I see my therapist today and she can directly email my psychiatrist since he's her boss. People just don't realize how physical mental illness can be. It literally affects mind, body and soul. Thankfully I have my priest...she's great...for the soul part.
