Anxiety today (TW)

(TW)I feel like I am having an anxiety attack right now at work my stomach feels terrible I am worried about me not being able to eat lunch and the thought of it is making me anxious and sick to my stomach. I don't want to tell anyone about it but I'm just really anxious
Update I was ok I was just anxious and I had a rib out so it kinda made my stomach I believe
