Anxious, Depressed, Unfocused

Lately, I've been feeling really anxious and depressed. Actually, this has been my overall mood for years now. But it's been manageable the past years and I have been able to function, so I didn't try to seek consult. I wanted to, but I thought maybe I was just overthinking it and I don't really need to.

However, since December last year, I think it's gotten worse. I've been also having a hard time to focus and function. I know I have things to do but it's like I can't move. I haven't really neglected my responsibilities but I'm struggling more to keep up these days.

Is this just burnout or do you guys think I should finally seek help? Am I just overreacting that I need to see a psychologist/psychiatrist? Will medications help?

Personally I think that you should definitely seek help and speak to someone because you have been struggling for a while now and it wouldn't be a bad idea to seek some support

I really hope that things get better for you and you find the support that you need 💜 sending love and hugs your way 🫂

I suffer from anxiety too

It's all new to me
