Lately I've been struggling with anxiety with regards to my partner. We're working on things currently, but the lack of certainty has made my anxiety go through the roof. I'm trying to learn about my anxious attachment and ways to heal from it but it's been quite difficult.

does anyone have any tips or resources that may have helped them or that they have heard of?

@enthusiasticSummer4288 I'm sorry to hear you’ve been feeling this way. It sounds like you’re taking such thoughtful steps by working exploring your attachment style. That’s a big step toward growth and healing.

For anxious attachment, learning to self-soothe and building your sense of security within yourself can really help. Practices like mindfulness or journaling can help some.

You’re not alone in this, and it’s okay to take things one day at a time. You’re doing amazing by seeking support and working on this.

I completely understand how tough it can be when uncertainty in a relationship heightens anxiety, especially when dealing with anxious attachment. A great resource that may help you is my book The Silence. It offers practical strategies for managing anxiety, shifting mindsets, and healing emotionally. It’s helped me personally, and I believe it could offer some valuable insights for you too.

You can check it out here: https://payhip.com/b/HhnJu. It might provide some of the tools you need to manage the anxiety you're feeling while working through this relationship.
