Breakup

Ok so I just broke up with my gf of 2 years and I feel like I might regret it, in the past she has Cheated on me and what not but she did improve but we could continue to fall down the same hole every month . I love this girl more than i could have imagined and im leaving for college soon but im scared I didn’t make the right choice. Friends and family have told me for months it’s not good for me and i should breakup with her. I just want to be able to be confident with my decision
