Decision Paralysis
I am since 3 months in a decision paralysis about a flat decisions, a stupid one, but also connected to other things…I know it sounds crazy, but I had a bad break down and since then I’m stuck in mental loops and I feel really ashamed. I am 4 weeks on citalopram, will this mental circles ever stop?!
I need to decide or I’ll lose my sanity

That is hard, sometimes it can be easier, just making the decision and getting it over and done with 💕💜

But I have really bad panick attacks everytime I need to take the decision.
