Does anxiety actually take a physical told on you?
I personally am always anxious, but recently more than usual, and if I'm being honest all the anxiety has made me feel ill, nauseous, and I can't keep anything in my stomach if I'm anxious, is that normal for severe anxiety or are there some other issues I should worry about? 😓😓

Anxiety can manifest itself into physical symptoms such as nausea and headaches, dizziness, cramps, out body reacts to stress 💛
It's important to identify your triggers and find coping mechanisms that work for you and allow you to feel more settled and remind yourself, this cannot hurt me, it'll pass soon 💛

Thank you so much for the tips! I used to journal and it used to help me so much but lately I haven't had time to, so hopefully I will soon, thank you again ☺️☺️🩵

You are sincerely welcome 🥰
I just recently started having severe anxiety and the nausea has come in full force! I find talking to someone helps me, problem is they happen in the middle of the night and I have no one to talk to, but if you have someone usually a 30min conversation helps me calm back down.
