Emotional abuse
Guys, 5 months ago the guys who pretended to live me so much, use to I live you many times and cared, I had a doubt on him, I created a bumble profile in the city he was posted to and I found him there while he was in a relationship with me I was traumatised I started having anxiety, after sometime 2 week later he told me he doesn't love me. All this manipulation so I called his mother then he blocked me, I was emotionally attached to him so I suffer a lot since then I feel heavy in my chest sometimes. Some people told that he had gotten engaged too
Hey, something similar happened to me. I was saying this guy and he love bombed me. Manipulated me into thinking we would get married one day, and that he loved me so much. Whole time he was cheating on me (1.5 year). I was living with him due to the fact that my family is emotionally abusive, and he just used me to have *** with me when he wanted to, made me clean up after him, and buy him groceries. He was also on bumble while we were dating but I just assumed it was an old account— it wasn’t.
Breakups are really hard, especially when you love them so much and they manipulate you. It takes time to process everything, especially if you were blindsided. Allow yourself to feel all the emotions. You are going to be anxious, depressed, feel hopeless, miss him, hate him, etc.— it is all part of the breakup. I know it hurts to hear someone you love say they don’t love you. That is really hurtful. Sometimes I would tell myself, how could this person do this to me? Clearly they weren’t who I thought they were. Sometimes we make up false versions of people in our head, but it really isn’t them. It’s just our own thoughts of who they are.
I recommend writing letters about how you feel to him in your notes. Jot down the date, and write: Dear ____, ….
write how you feel, what you might miss, what you might hate about them, ask them questions, tell them what you did today etc.
it helps when you cannot reach out to them anymore.
I know it’s hard, take it one day at a time. Allow yourself to feel. Express how you feel. Just do your best. everything will work out even though it may take FOREVER to feel that way. Trust me. I totally get this. It is HARD.
I love you, you got this.
@anyadip55yes also been through this it’s pretty heartbreaking. You will come out if it I’m still not over it but 8m not as hurt as I was it has taken time but then I keep returning and then the process starts all over. Know that you are worth more than this.
