Hello!
Studying is indeed hard. It can difficult knowing where to start with lots of material to cover. The time pressure of approaching exams can make studying feel even more overwhelming.
Try to plan out when, and for how long you are going to focus on each topic. Splitting your exams content into smaller sections can make the workload feel more manageable. If there is time, plan in extra time to go over any areas you struggled with again. This way there's no pressure to remember everything on your first try. Also make sure you take plenty of breaks. Short, frequent breaks are best.
If possible, find a comfortable, well lit, and tidy place without distractions. It's great if this place can be different to where you relax. Your brain will associate this space with relaxing, making it harder to concentrate.
Looking after your physical health is important. You need energy to study. Try to get enough sleep, drink lots of water and eat regularly.
I wish you the best of luck with your exams. I hope you achieve the results you want.
