Existential crisis at 14

A few weeks ago I was laying in bed and I randomly got a thought of what happens after death and that sparked an existential crisis, I constantly think about my meaning and purpose here, I think about death 24/7. I think about the future all the time. I'm worried about where I will live, my career path etc, I don't know what to do, it's causing me anxiety and stress and even depression a bit. I wish I could just stop thinking about this, erase all these thoughts and memories of these thoughts. I just want to be happy and not worry about this stuff. Please someone help, I'm tired of feeling like this.

@blueYard244

It is hard ro go through all these self questioning and anxiety in the teenage years, like we have to figure out what we will be doing, like forever. But honestly, it isn't like this.

Maybe, just maybe, discovering what you would like to do for now can possibly help it ease?

I made a post a while ago over Ikigai and the 7 pilars for conscious decision making. Maybe it is wort to check - I promise it is a short read.

Feel free to reach me any time. 👋🏻
