Family Illness/Work struggles

Family recently came down with a stomach bug, even the baby. Freaking out about cleaning the house well enough. My hands are already rough and cracked from washing though I feel it will never be clean enough. My main daycare provider is sick too so I’ve taken a lot of time off of work. Scared at what I will eventually return to
