For many years, I misinterpreted my anxiety as cowardice. Ive been better recently, but still struggle with this. How do I reconcile with the fact that anxiety does not make me a coward?

@communicativeBlueberry6793 luckily mental health issues have really been improved. And every one is more aware, than they ever were about these things. Where before mental health may as been seen as a weekness. It's not no more. There's nothing cowardly for admitting to mental health. You must keep strong keep trying. You'll get better ❤❤❤ have faith

I think few things are braver than facing yourself and recognising what troubles you. Even sharing that you have anxiety is very difficult and yet you managed to do it! You definitely have a lot of courage, I think we all just need to measure our bravery according to our own struggles, not other people's attitudes
