Hiiii I had a post from two months ago about a cyst. Thankfully it’s gone now, but my anxiety symptoms have been so on and off it’s crazy. I’ve slowly started taking medicines for anxiety, but I still am having physical symptoms of anxiety that drive me crazy :( every time I have a random anxiety symptom I am convinced I have something wrong with me health wise which just feeds my anxiety even more 😭

I'm sorry you are still struggling.

It's not easy.

It's about small, daily consistent habits, training your mind, to see you are fine, safe and ultimately theres nothing bad happening to you 💖

@pinkGlobe3083I’m glad to hear your cyst is gone! It’s really common for anxiety to cause physical symptoms that feel overwhelming and scary. Taking medication is a great step, but it often takes time for them to fully help. When you notice those symptoms, try to remind yourself they’re from anxiety, not a new illness—even though it feels real. Have you tried any relaxation techniques or grounding exercises to ease the physical feelings? They can help break the cycle of worry.

Hello. Totally relate. I too have what you do. Every ache or pain leads me to wonder if I have some disease or something very bad. I can’t shake this and my anxiety is destroying my life. I wake with anxiety everyday wondering what will be bothering me today. This is no way to live. So unhappy all the time. I want to enjoy my life and be happy doing things I used to love. Anyone out there have any suggestions please let us know
