Health anxiety at its peak

Hi all, I really struggle with health anxiety. This started in 2022 and still very much taking over my life. I have had every symptom going. I've been to the doctors/hospital multiple times and nothing is seriously wrong. Anyone else out there struggling with health anxiety? Please reach out, I could do with connecting with those that are going through it too.

Health anxiety is chronic & so overwhelming. Any advice on how to manage this?
