Heart pain

Whenever I get anxious my heart hurts, as if it were getting squeezed or stabbed, I don't know how to get rid of the feeling and eventually it makes me cry because it really hurts a lot and for a long period of time.

I've been having sort of bad days lately, and the pain keeps getting worse, I'm afraid to tell my mom because she will just make fun of me and ignore it, and right now, I'm really scared.

Does it happen to y'all too? If it does, how do you deal with it?

(Sorry for my bad English, it is not my first

language)

@reiluvseals09 I'm really sorry you're going through this. Anxiety can feel overwhelming, especially when it affects you physically like that. Your feelings are valid, and it’s hard when you don’t feel like you have support at home. It’s brave of you to share this, especially when you’re feeling scared.

You're not alone—many people experience similar symptoms with anxiety, and it’s definitely not something to ignore. Some people find that deep breathing exercises, grounding techniques, or even just talking to someone who understands can help ease that feeling in the moment.

If you ever feel that the pain is getting too intense, it might be a good idea to reach out to a trusted person or a professional for support. And don't worry about your English—it's totally clear, and you’ve expressed yourself really well!
