Hormonal anxiety after HCG injections
Hello, I'm looking for people who have been through hormonal therapy and as a reaction had severe panic attacks. I experienced dp/dr and deep existential questioning on my existence. Sometimes I'm so scared... Anyone, please?

What is the reason for this injection
From my knowledge on hcg it is a hormone
Present in pregnant women and can cause
Weight loss with a low calorie diet
It makes the stomach feel full
They gave it to me before an attempt to extract an follicule and freeze it as I have a low ovarian reserve. The problem is that they gave me a huge dose. Much higher than the normal one. It then provoked panic attacks for days and no-one gave me anxiolytics.. only on day 8. Then started existential thoughts and depression. I feel very bad now. Not on antidepressants as my doctor said it's better not. But I drink saffran and ashwaganda. I feel so tired and hopeless sometimes. I have good moments more and more but it's rare and slow.
