How to lessen physical symptoms of anxiety?

I have been diagnosed with anxiety and depression. While this is something I have been working on for years, one of the physical symptoms I have is a severe stomachache I get almost everyday. When I wake up, I also get slightly nauseous. When I make a mistake (for example at work) or when dreading something (for example going to a party where I only know a few people) my body literally becomes cold within seconds and I get clammy. How do I reduce these physical symptoms? It is hard to live 'normally'.

Hey there Cat! You could possibly try some herbal teas to help with the tummy trouble and nausea. Dandelion root(great for nausea for me) or peppermint tea can be really helpful!

Traditional Medicinals is a good brand for dandelion root, I've seen them even at Walmart. And you could always brew a bigger batch at home and then throw it in a travel cup with some ice so you can take it on the go when you think you might need it!
