How to support my partner with social anxiety

My ldr partner has social anxiety so severe she feels like a burden to everyone and like she's just a waste of space in society. She feels lonely some days and as much as she's trying to convince herself that it's fine, I know she's still struggling with it and I don't blame her, it sounds like a huge struggle and I wish to help her out as much as I can. I just don't know what to do and the only thing we settled on is that we'll make sure she can pursue her hobbies to stay at home so she's not exposed to people (as that makes her feel even worse) and go on dates when she feels comfortable.

Is there anything we can do to help her with that?

Exposure therapy doesn't help and she feels like she repels people too. I hate seeing her in pain this way and really wish to help her.

Is there also anything she could use as a support system besides me? Not that I refuse to be there for her but we both know that it doesn't always go well, especially when I'm also tired and not doing okay.

Any kind of advice will be very appreciated.
