To the point where I cannot do them anymore. I’ve built up so much panic one day that I was wailing and trembling in my body that I fell to the floor. I’m scared, and I’m unsure how I’d incorporate myself in to the working world. My mind blanks/fogs and my eyes blur when I research for the assignments, and I don’t even begin them because they never feel good enough for me now. I’ve got a backlog of incomplete assignments, and I feel pathetic. I’ve hit a new low with dissatisfaction with myself. I want to know how people manage their work/assignments as they handle their stress and anxiety, thank you. What has actually helped please.

I totally understand how you're feeling right now about your assignments. It's normal to get overwhelmed and unsure when you have so much work to do. But please know that you're not alone in this. Many others have faced similar challenges and have found ways to manage their stress and anxiety while getting their work done.

One thing that might help is breaking down your assignments into smaller tasks. That way, it won't feel as overwhelming, and you can focus on one thing at a time. Taking it step by step will gradually lead you to completing all your assignments without feeling so stressed.

You might also find it helpful to try some stress management techniques. Doing things like deep breathing exercises, meditation, or even physical exercise can really help reduce your anxiety and clear your mind. And don't forget to take breaks while studying. It'll help prevent burnout and keep you more focused.

Just remember that perfection isn't always attainable. It's more important to make progress and learn from the process. Your work doesn't have to be flawless, it just needs to show your effort and growth.

Lastly, don't hesitate to ask for support from friends, family, or even professionals. Talking about your concerns and getting advice from others who have successfully managed their own workloads can be really helpful and motivating.

Remember, everyone's journey is different, and what works for someone else may not work for you. So be patient with yourself and keep trying different strategies until you find what works best for you. You've got this! Best of luck in managing your assignments and overcoming your panic and dissatisfaction. Believe in your capabilities, and with the right mindset and support, you'll find your way to success in the working world ❤️
