I have no idea
So, I feel like people around me don't understand me, and I wanted some tips to improve this. I'm an immigrant student in France, but since I arrived here, I have had no willpower to study, even though I know it's extremely important. I just can't. I wake up on time, get up, get ready, but I can't go to class. This is killing me because everyone keeps telling me it's laziness and they judge me. I just want to improve this once and for all.
@zoesli I totally get where you're coming from. I have a lot of friends who are immigrant students, and many of them face similar challenges. Anxiety and panic disorders can be really tough to handle, especially with emetophobia. One thing I've seen help is practicing mindfulness or deep breathing exercises before and during meals—it can really calm your nerves. Also, eating smaller portions can make the experience less overwhelming. Whenever possible, try to eat with supportive friends or family who can help make you feel more at ease. Remember, everyone has their own battles, so be kind to yourself and take it one step at a time. You've got this!
