@ALBINISAD

 Based on my seven decades of experience, there is no such thing as normal. Those that are often mistaken for being normal, are simply good at acting normal. Like fingerprints, no two humans are alike. No two people see the world in exactly the same way, even though many pretend that they do just so they can fit into their social environment.

A huge portion of society acts normal while being extremely lonely because nobody knows who they really are inside. They tend to lead mediocre lives, and are less inclined to accomplish any outstanding achievements. That's because they tend to be afraid of standing out from the crowd and being perceived as "different."

Not feeling normal is evidence that you are being honest with yourself. If there was an official range of characteristics that could be considered normal, not feeling normal is a sign of being better than normal.

I don't know how to fix something that's not broken, nor do I know how to cure something that's already healthy. Therefore, if it were possible for me to help you feel normal, then I think you would need to be cured of that perception.

Based on what you've read so far, how normal do you think I feel?

If there was such a thing as a normal person, I think they would feel profoundly bored and socially inhibited.

In a lot of environments, it makes sense to "act normal," such as when at work or school.

At the same time, there is much to be said for having compassionate self acceptance for being as you were created to be.

If the issue with social anxiety and mood swings is entirely based on concerns about feeling normal, you might find what I've written here to be helpful. If there are other reasons for mood swings and anxiety, for example, alterations in brain chemistry or facing other stressors, getting a specialist referral from your doctor might be a good idea.
