I have such bad anxiety and I just drank a BOOST juice and I got an anxiety attack, has anyone experienced something like that?

Yes, I've heard people talk about energy drinks, not helping with anxiety.

Id encourage you not to drink anymore.

And focus on your breathing , this will pass soon, you are safe, it can't hurt you 💖

Thank you so much, I was so hopeful that BOOST would help because of my anxiety I have no appetite and eaten very little, but it gave me an anxiety attack. Is it normal for me not to have an appetite? And do you have any suggestions for eating or getting an appetite?

I would start slow by eating some toast or soup, to build up to an appetite again 💜

@tidyCircle1153Yes, some people find that sugary or caffeinated drinks like BOOST juice can trigger or worsen anxiety symptoms, including panic attacks. The sudden spike in sugar or caffeine can affect your nervous system and increase feelings of jitteriness or anxiety. If you notice this happening, it might help to avoid those kinds of drinks and stick to water or calming herbal teas instead. If your anxiety attacks continue or worsen, consider discussing this with your healthcare provider for personalized advice.
