I need someone’s help

i get overwhelmed with panic that takes over my whole body it makes my hands shake and I can’t think straight and my stomach twists so badly I can’t eat or drink, I feel sick and on the verge of vomiting and whenever my boyfriend and I argue I go blank and feel like I’m falling apart.. when his voice changes or he sounds upset I freeze with fear and I need constant reassurance to stop shaking because I feel completely unsafe

I feel helpless and alone, even when we’re together. I’m exhausted all the time because my sense of safety depends on his approval.. small things like his tone set off intense waves of anxiety that leave me super drained and unable to function anything.

I feel a strong need for someone to be by my side all the time to reassure me and this also tires the people around me, I feel a deep despair.

I'm sorry you are struggling so much.

It's important to find coping mechanisms in your daily life that allows you to feel safer .

And identify possible triggers to enable you to prevent acting overwhelmed.

Speak honestly with your bf about what helps you to feel safe but it's important to also put the work in, you are absolutely not a burden, never think that but we have to look after our mental heakth, only we can do that 💛

@ary7777“I’m really sorry that you’re going through all of this. It must be truly exhausting to feel so overwhelmed and on edge like that. What you’re feeling sounds very intense, and I can understand how it could make you feel lonely and without support. You don’t have to go through this alone right now. If you want, I can stay here with you and we can take things one step at a time.”

Iam sorry to hear that, and I can only assume how it feels to be that sensitive. Iam not sure whether this would help. But there was a period in my life where anxiety and stress started to bring panic attacks slowly. But intuitively i felt the need to start running to counteract it. Whenever I feel like iam overwhelmed with anxiety I go for a run to get my heart rate going . The stronger the anxiety the longer the run. But it directly helped bringing it down.

Then I combined that with wim hof breathing in the morning. It is a specific breathing style you can find in YouTube where you kind of hyperventilate and then relax .

I don't know whether this would help you or not. But you can try if whenever you are up for it. And I donbelieve it would help if you do it right.

Whenever you can , whenever you find some strength - do try to take care of yourself in whatever way that you think is right. One of the things I learned is - if our minds are too messed up use the body to counteract it , as both are intertwined to each other.

Hope you find the strength to make the right decisions as well. Think about talking to someone professionally if you feel like it's too much.

I understand how exhausted you feel going through all of this. It is a good that you found it worthwhile to open up here. You don't have to carry it alone. I'll suggest you reach out to a therapist. They are therapists here that I'm sure will be glad to help. Be assured that you will be fine. Here's some hug from me 🤗❤️

You need to rule out any physical issues then explore why you feel this way with your boyfriend. I hope you’re able to get it sorted out in time
