Is it anxiety?

Hey im new here

So usually I'm viewed as the 'loner' or the 'quiet one' at school, but that's really cause I can't talk in most social situations, like whenever I want to say something, something holds me back from being me. Like I'm trapped in a perspective of what others already think of me as, even though I'm not exactly just that person that wants to be alone. Heck I hate being alone but I feel like some people are stuck to viewing others as one thing and judges them for it.

But at the same time, I know why I sometimes get stuck talking, its because I'm not comfortable at school; or more accurately; I hate my school and no one ever really asks me about myself cause I flunked my first introductions for them.

Honestly I think I just need help at this point so hopefully someone can help !

(Kinda started ranting lol)

@RandomChaos

🥺

💕💜

Welcome 🥰

I'm sorry school is so tough for you.

It can be hard when we worry how others will perceive us and we find it hard to be ourselves as a result.

Trust in who you are.

Open up .

Let others in.

You deserve to make friends and be happy.

You are more than enough and you are 💜💕

Thank you ! But the problem is, I don't think anyone wants to listen to me or hear me out when I try to open up. It's just been hard, maybe Im pushing too hard but whenever I manage to be apart of a conversation (somehow), I talk a little more. But then it feels like everyone still sees me as some lower person, like it's kinda awkward but I'm trying. It's hard to socialize when everyone already have their specific friend groups and you have none. Honestly I think I just need to get school over it and leave this all behind, they clearly won't care for me that much honestly and I don't like that. But I still crave human interaction of course I'm only human but it's taking a toll on my mental health 😔

Listen, you are not alone. When I was in my school time then I also faced this same problem for 5 years. Trust me, I'm not lying to make you feel any better. It's a harsh truth that I have to face 5 years alone without any single friends. The students of my class taunts me with the sentences like, "hey, are you dumb ?", "don't you say something ?", and when sometimes I decided to speak a word only then they come up with "hey class see see, she speaks also.."

They all made my fun and I still remember that days then I feel so vulnerable but the only thing you can do is ignore them and if you wanna make friends then you should practice this..

mirror practice: just say anything you want to buy in front of the mirror and make eye contact with yourself while speaking.

Cry or shout out : just cry loudly or shout loudly or speak loudly in a room with no one except you so your throat could be free and fresh.

And if they still don't talk to them, IGNORE THEM ..YOU ARE TOO PRECIOUS 💕.. DON'T WASTE YOUR ENERGY ON THEM..

and if you feel alone ..build confidence and try to accept and learn to live alone ..spend time with yourself..sit in the class like you DON'T want to talk them not they...

And if they somehow, someday, come to you to talk one day then you should IGNORE them because self respect is the basic thing you should do for yourself.

And remember, this phase will be pass out just pray to god, talk to god ❤️ he will never ignore or disappoint you..share your problems with god..trust me he will absolutely solve it nnjust tell each and every thing to god.. he can only solve the problem 🪷🤍
