I wish I could erase the emotion of anger

Every single time someone is mean to someone else, my anger bursts out like a firework! It hurts me more than it hurts them... and I just feel too weak to stop it. Always cautious to not get angry and hurt my friends, it just can't leave my mind!

I sorry you are upset about your anger issues.. I hope one day things will improve.

Anger is a universally natural response to things.. without it you would not be able to survive your environment. 🌟

This can be a projection. Try to find in youself what you see in many others.

I know, you would say: "I am the kindest individum on this planet" and so on. Highly likely you are not, there is somethung inside you reflecting in others. It's a common thing, not too comlicated, just ask a therapist, or read/watch about it.

It's surely  can be fixed.

I can relate to this more than you might think. Anger can be such a painful emotion, especially when it feels bigger than you want it to be. But from what you’ve written, it doesn’t sound like you’re someone who enjoys being angry or wants to hurt people. In fact, it sounds like the opposite. You care deeply about others, and when you see someone being mistreated, your emotions react strongly because you know it isn’t right.

The part that stood out to me most was when you said you’re always cautious not to hurt your friends. That tells me you’re aware of your feelings and actively trying to keep them from affecting the people you care about. That’s not weakness—that’s self-awareness and compassion.

I don’t think anger is something that needs to be erased completely. Sometimes anger is our mind’s way of telling us that something feels unfair, cruel, or wrong. The difficult part is learning how to carry that feeling without letting it consume us. That’s easier said than done, of course.

Be patient with yourself. The fact that you’re reflecting on this, talking about it, and worrying about how it affects others already shows that you’re trying. I hope with time you find ways to understand and manage those feelings so they hurt you less. You deserve that peace. ❤️

@goldenLychee2035It sounds like you really care a lot about others, especially when you see unfairness. That doesn’t make you weak—it just means your feelings are very strong. I can imagine it feels really exhausting when that anger stays with you. I’m here with you if you want to talk more about it.
