Letting it out (part 2)
Today in my college I was understanding the logic of a problem which a girl beside me was doing though i had already done the topic i didn't mention it since why tell others.
Then this girl and another guy were telling me stuff like ohh good morning, like as if I was new to the concept and that was annoying because the thing which I was correct but they were like yeah we know it all as if they're better but the ***
Like this guy was saying you have not understood it even though I had and that was annoying, the girl was annoying me but the guy annoyed me more and then i said to him that you're not that knowledgeable and then he was silent yk it felt right
I took a stand for me
I'm not gonna keep it in me since I want to feel the feelings, yk not consider some good some bad etc
A lot anxiety comes when you are not willing to feel your feelings
Like man you are human not God so even if you wanna be untouchable, or of the highest kind you still can have feelings for they are natural
Yes they are dumbos, my sister annoyed me as well rn
But life's good and beautiful and so is lord!!
@ventingitch
Yes life is beautiful 🥰
It's good to be honest and get your feelings out, it's just very important to always say it respectfully , we don't always have to agree 💛🤗

@ventingitch I am glad you expressed yourself and didn’t bottle it up. For someone who used to just stay silent this can be big win worth celebrating. The self-expression might be a first growing step there. Even if it comes out unpolished is important.
The second level I see is being able to express ourselves respectfully without being hurtful unnecessarily. All in time. One step at a time.
