Mini reflection of myself
I am started to notice that my anxiety gets super bad when I have flashbacks from certain events or when some ones tone changes/ the energy in the room changes. I also am beginning to notice that I have been a lot more upfront with having severe anxiety and when something truthfully bothers me.
Hey @PhoenixButterfly97
It's positive that you're becoming more aware of how certain triggers impact your anxiety and how you're expressing your feelings. Recognizing these patterns is a great step towards managing your anxiety more effectively. If flashbacks and changes in tone or energy are causing you distress, it might be helpful to explore coping strategies such as mindfulness, grounding techniques, or deep breathing exercises to manage those moments.
Being upfront about your anxiety and expressing your feelings truthfully is a healthy way to communicate your needs to others. It can foster better understanding and support from those around you. If your anxiety continues to interfere with your daily life, considering therapy or counseling might provide you with additional tools and strategies to cope and thrive. Remember, taking care of your mental health is important, and seeking help is a sign of strength.
Thank you for this, i will certainly be open to more techniques to help with anxiety
