Depression. Anxiety. Relationship stress.

I’m feeling all over the place these days. I thought I was stronger that this and overcoming all the challenges I’ve faced.

I am so lost and confused and am not sure if I should be crying out of hopelessness or angry out of frustration.

I want to reach out for help but don’t know where to go.

Thanks. I know these feelings are temporary I just wish they wouldn’t come up so frequently. They’re wearing me down.

I’ve been feeling very frustrated the last few days. I feel that my handle on all this mental health stuff is a losing battle. I feel it is impacting my job (focus, aspirations, motivation, satisfaction, performance etc) my relationships (social, family, girlfriend). I’m feeling it seems to be the root of a lot of the reasons why I have such a hard time dealing with things. I feel like I can’t/shouldn’t bring these things up as I find it’s hard to talk about it with people who won’t understand.

I’ve been to therapy/counseling with limited success. I’m mentally tired of all this.

@1in8billion I'm truly sorry to hear that you're going through such a tough time. It's completely okay to feel overwhelmed, even when you've been strong in the past. Emotions like these don't reflect your strength; they're a natural response to challenging situations. It's a brave step to acknowledge these feelings and consider reaching out for help.

Remember, seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness. If you're unsure where to start, perhaps speaking to a trusted friend or a mental health professional could be a helpful first step. You're not alone in this 🥰
