Motocycles
I think the appropriate topic for this post would be complaining, but we don't have that here. I understand why, but I need to vent. Why is the noise of motorcycles so annoying? There are larger vehicles with a less shrill and disorienting sound than them. I swear, I don't understand the point of the noise. Why is it there? At this point, I think it's just there so even more annoying men can show off and irritate people with it, while they thrive... It's so annoying, and I hate it so much. The sound is everywhere, invading your walks, your bedroom, your peace, your nerves... As I write this, I hear one, and if it passes my street, I have to stop everything I'm doing until it goes away.

I understand how the sound can be annoying.
I can hear those crotch rockets zipping along the highway at high rates of speed daily.
Harleys or older bikes only when they go down my street.
Even cars with after market mufflers can be very annoying as well.
