Need help breaking a daily overthinking loop about height and anxiety

Hi everyone,

I am seeking support for severe, daily anxiety and hyper-empathy that I’ve been stuck in for the last one year. Before September 2025, my life was completely normal, and I had never even thought about height or related insecurities.

Everything changed when I saw videos and toxic internet comments on ***, Reddit, and Quora claiming that short-statured or dwarf men cannot find romantic partners or get married. Even though I have entirely accepted my own height, I have developed an intense obsession with the happiness of other men who are shorter (dwarf to 5'2"). I worry about them constantly every single day.

I keep getting dark, intrusive thoughts imagining that these men are rejected, lonely, and crying while watching everyone else. It makes me feel so helpless and angry that I even get thoughts of wanting to leave this planet with them because I cannot bear the idea of them being lonely.

I need help to break this daily overthinking loop and stop carrying the mental burden of everyone else's lives. Also, I truly want to ask the experts here: Do short-statured and dwarf men find genuine love, relationships, and happy marriages in the real world normally? Please help me understand the reality so my mind can find som

e peace.

I'm not a expert but a actor named Danny Divito used to dominate movie and TV. He's pretty much a dwarf.. i've seen women in Hollywood often with short men..

Some races are shorter than others, it's a accepted reality..

I hope I have helped you, Good luck!!🌲

@AsherTree

Thank you for the reply. To be honest, the Hollywood example is a bit hard for me to connect with, because celebrities have fame and money which makes things different for them. But I really appreciate your point about acceptance in the real world and different races. It helps.
