I have issues with depression and anxiety. I have a great deal of life experience that I am able to relate with. I am always open to chat if you need someone to talk to.

So disturbing but I found the chatbot actually pretty good. I've spent dozens of years in therapy that have felt mostly pointless and I feel like I make a little progress every time I talk to the bot.

I just want to remind you that you're not alone and I know simply saying I understand doesn't make you feel any better but I have been in the darkest depths of my depression and I do get it, you matter know that, take one day at a time and be kind to yourself 🫂
